About
I’m Pavithra Aravindan, a UX designer based in Manhattan, New York. I currently lead UX for AI tools at Amazon, where I focus on enhancing customer experience outcomes (CXO) and developing global strategies for Amazon Support. My work has taken me across the globe, including research initiatives in India, Costa Rica, and the United States.
Why I Started This Blog
As a designer deeply invested in the intersection of UX and AI, I believe in the importance of sharing insights and fostering community. This blog is a space for me to document my journey, from AI tool design at Amazon to my broader thoughts on user experience. Along the way, I hope to share valuable resources and perspectives that inspire fellow designers.
